For those tricky periods when sleep doesn’t come easily, a slumber-inducing bath is an ideal ritual. The soothing heat coupled with these calming ingredients will have you ready for lights out in no time.

 

Ingredients:

Epsom Salts, Lavender Flowers, Chamomile Flowers, and Calendula Petals

 

Directions: 

Put two tablespoons of the salts directly In your tub or for easier cleanup into a tea bag,

or cotton muslin pouch. Turn your water on hot and let it run to dissolve the salts. Then adjust your temperature to fill the tub the rest of the way
