Ingredients:

Feverfew, White Willow Bark, and Lemon Balm

 

Instructions:

Use 1 to 2 teaspoons of tea to one cup of water. Bring water to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Steep for 10 minutes. Serve with honey or in a cold drink or juice. Use as needed no more than three times daily.
